A microwave oven is provided to use the microwave oven as a baking device as well as a baking plate by constructing a heater structure of an upper plate of the microwave oven in a rotary structure. A microwave oven comprises a rotary heater structure and an upper plate shield structure. The rotary heater structure rotates at the upper plate of the microwave oven to apply heat to a cooking chamber of the microwave oven or the outside of the microwave oven. The upper plate shield structure is installed corresponding to the rotary heater structure to prevent electric wave leakage when the microwave oven operates. The rotary heater structure comprises a heater(120), a sliding type heater terminal(130), a reflective plate(140), a heat dissipation construction(150) and a rotating shaft structure(160) for rotating the rotary heater structure.
