A soundproofing wall is provided to divide stress applied to fixed columns, and to support a soundproofing plate firmly by supporting two ends of the wall through THE fixed columns and reinforcing columns mounted to one side of the fixed columns. A soundproofing wall(10) comprises a soundproofing plate(11), fixed columns(12), reinforcing columns(13), and an upper plate(15). The soundproofing plate prevents the noise from being diffused to the vertical direction. The fixed columns support two ends of the soundproofing plate. The reinforcing columns are connected by connecting members(14) to divide the stress applied to the fixed columns for support. The upper plate is fitted to grooves(17a) of upper frames(17) coupled through support members(16) to block the noise diffused to the air.
