摘要

There are described benzoylguanidines of the formula I (See formula I) having the definitions of R(l) to R(4) indicated in the text, and their pharmaceutically tolerable salts. They are obtained by reaction of a compound II (See formula II) with guanidine. They are outstanding agents for the treatment of disorders of the cardiovascular system.
