A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage, to increase storage volume, and to purify water by installing a packing member longitudinally or on a C-shaped supporting frame, installing a side plate asymmetrically, and discharging water from a lower portion of the stream. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an rotating axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) to absorb shock is fixed longitudinally to the rotating water gate or on a C-shaped supporting frame connected with an L-shaped connecting link. A piston rod of the operating cylinder is connected to an operating link(34) to be rotated which is fixed to the rotation axle. At an outside of a pushing plate(35), a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An additional cylinder or an elevating block can be used to discharge water from a lower portion of the stream. |
