A height adjusting pillow combined with an acupuncture wood pillow is provided to enable a user to support his/her head without using his/her arms when the user lies on his/her side, and to adjust the height and angle of the pillow. An upper end of a compressed spring(4) is connected to a protrusion portion on the rear of an armrest body(1). The lower end of the compressed spring is inserted into a recess(24) on the upper side of an adjusting rod(2) to connect the armrest body and the adjusting rod. An inner protrusion portion(23) and an outer protrusion portion(21) are formed on the upper side surface of the adjusting rod. A bellows pipe(6) is installed outside the compressed spring. A male screw portion(22) of the adjusting rod is assembled to a female screw portion(32) of the support(3). |
