A light-diffusing sheet for a back light unit is provided to improve a diffusing function by maximizing refraction and scattering of light by an inner diffusing film having an organic diffuser in a base material, thereby improving the bright line shielding power. An inner diffusing film(2) is formed by distributing an organic diffuser(1) in a transparent base film(1'), having 40-95% of haze and 50-95% of transmittance. A light diffusing layer(5) is formed on one side of the inner diffusing film by being applied with a binder resin(4) and transparent resin particles(3a,3b,3c). The transparent resin particles are mixed with monodisperse particles showing particle size distribution that 80-100% of the monodisperse particles are within ±20% of average particle size, and particles having average particle size smaller than the monodisperse particles. |
