A fluid heating equipment for a warm hydro-forming system is provided to supply operating fluid to a tube workpiece at high temperature using elongation characteristics of an aluminum alloy tube workpiece according to temperature, thereby heating an operating fluid without generating a boiling phenomenon such that a tube expanding process is performed on the tube workpiece. A fluid heating equipment(HU) for a warm hydro-forming system comprises: a heating pipe part(HL) formed by coiling, in a coil shape, one side of a supply pipe(L) for supplying an operating fluid to one side of a sealing punch; a heating furnace housing(21) which is formed in a cylindrical shape to house the heating pipe part, and of which an upper part is opened; a housing insulating wall(25) which forms a wall with a predetermined thickness along a bottom surface(F1) and an inner peripheral surface(F2) of the heating furnace housing, and in which a heating space part(HS) is formed such that the heating pipe part is positioned in a non-contact state within the heating space part; a cover(27) mounted to cover an upper part of the heating furnace housing; a cover insulating wall(29) which forms a wall with a predetermined thickness on an inner peripheral surface of the cover, and which is closely adhered to the housing insulating wall; a heating coil(33) which is coiled along an inner part of the housing insulating wall in a predetermined distance, and which generates a heat to a predetermined temperature according to a control signal of a controller(20); and a thermocouple(35) which is mounted on a central one side of the cover such that the thermocouple passes through the cover insulating wall and contacts the heating space part to output the temperature detection signal to the controller by detecting an internal temperature of the heating space part.
