A method for installing an iron rod is provided to adjust the lengths of supports on one side and the other side or to adjust the angle between the supports on one side and the other side to adjust the height of the iron rod. A connection rod(121) is fixed on upper ends of supports(110), and a fixing rod(122) is fixed between the middle portions of the supports to constitute support bodies(100). An iron rod(130) is inserted horizontally between the connection rods of the support bodies. The support has a dual pipe structure of an inner pipe(111) and an outer pipe(112) to adjust the length thereof. A bottom plate(142) having a rubber plate is rotatably fixed on the lower end portion of the inner pipe. Iron rod height adjusting holes(114) are formed on the inner and outer pipes, and fixing pins(115) penetrate the iron rod height adjusting holes.
