An aerosol injecting device having a container lifting unit is provided to enable the solution inside an aerosol vessel to be sprayed upwardly by ascending the aerosol container inside the aerosol injecting device. An aerosol injecting device having a container lifting unit includes a body portion(300), a cover portion(400), a container lifting unit, and an aerosol container(7). The cover portion is coupled to an upper part of the body portion to form a space in which the aerosol container is disposed. An injection hole coupling recess(400a) is formed on the cover portion. The aerosol container is disposed on the upper surface of the body portion, and is ascended by the container lifting unit to press a nozzle part(7a) to inject the aerosol in the state that the ascending of a nozzle part(7a) is restrained by the cover portion.
