A locomotive comprises a body with operator's cab and pantograph on the roof, diesel and electric motors, a hydraulic gear, a cooling chamber, and also a fuel tank under the body, which rests on two three axial bogies, which serve for application of the force of traction and braking. The locomotive is equipped with gas adjusting equipment located on the diesel engine, and also with gas tanks located under the body next by the fuel tank.
