PROCESS FOR PREPARATION OF NON-SHOCK COMPOSITION SUPERHARD MATERIAL FROM BORON NITRIDE

摘要

A process for preparation of non-shock composition superhard material from boron nitride comprises preliminary tightening original powder of wurtzite boron nitride by rolling, pressing and sintering thereof in conditions of thermodynamic stability of blende boron nitride. While tightening powder, it is directly put in the process of multiple rolling with gradual increase of slit between rolls from zero to 0.5 mm through 0.1 mm for every change - over of rolling. Thereafter, the blank of polycrystal of necessary height is formed by layer-by-layer putting rolling.
