The invention can be used in vehicles, sport cars, and in power units. An engine has a hollow toroid working cylinder with through continuous bypass slot at its surface of smaller diameter, jet or spark plug, and arc continuous inlet and outlet openings in wall for inlet of fuel or fuel-air mix and discharge of combustion gases, circular pump with side walls, this is symmetrical with respect to central axis of cylinder, four pistons movable in cylinder in bypass direction and arranged in shape of inner surface of cylinder, shaft with flywheel, two bearing elements each of which includes ring and C-like wall that are placed in radial positions. Transfer mechanism is equipped with four eccentrics journals of which are fixed in axial openings of satellites and installed in four openings of flywheel, axles of which are placed with uniform pitch in bypass, and con-rod journals are connected to bearing elements by con-rods, each of those is installed by ends with possibility of rotation on con-rod journal and round the axle placed in wall of one of bearing elements.
