A bracket apparatus for a retractor is provided to use the bracket apparatus in a wide variety of types of vehicles by mounting the bracket assembled with the retractor at a desired angle. A bracket apparatus for a retractor includes a retractor side bracket(1), a mounting side bracket(6), a plurality of angle adjustment grooves(12,13), a connection shaft(5), and angle adjustment pins(14,15). A retractor(2) is mounted on the retractor side bracket. The mounting side bracket includes a disk(7) having a center hole(11), and a plate(8) protruded in an approximately vertical direction to the disk. The angle adjustment grooves are arranged in an arc shape on the surface of the disk. The connection shaft is protruded from the retractor side bracket and fitted to the center hole of the disk. The angle adjustment pins are fitted into the angle adjustment grooves.
