摘要 A method of purifying a polluted stream using a rotating water gate and an integrated control system is provided to prevent water leakage, to increase storage volume, and to purify water by installing a packing member longitudinally or in a C shape, installing a side plate asymmetrically from a rotation axle, and discharging water from a bottom of the stream. In accordance with an integrated control system(100), a waterway(11) is formed between both side support structures(10), and a housing(20) is installed to a side of the support structure to form a closed space. A rotating water gate is formed with an arc type gate plate(31), two side plates(32) connected perpendicularly to the gate plate, and an rotating axle(33) connected to the side plate. A packing member(40) to absorb shock is fixed longitudinally to the rotating water gate or in a C shape to wrap the rotating water gate. A piston rod of the operating cylinder is connected to an operating link(34) to be rotated which is fixed to the rotation axle. At an outside of a pushing plate(35), a support plate(62) and a operating plate(63) are fixed in a V shape. An additional cylinder or an elevating block can be used to discharge water at a bottom.
