A reset transistor of a CMOS(Complementary Metal Oxide Semiconductor) image sensor is provided to improve a performance of the reset transistor by removing remaining electrons when a reset switch is turned off by a PMOS transistor coupled with an NMOS transistor complimentarily. A reset transistor of a CMOS image sensor includes a photodiode(500), an NMOS(Negative Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor(200), a PMOS(Positive Metal Oxide Semiconductor) transistor(300), and a signal delivery unit. The NMOS transistor is provided between an external voltage source and the photodiode. A reset switch(100) is connected to a gate of the NMOS transistor. The PMOS transistor is provided between the external voltage source and the photodiode. The reset switch is connected to a gate of the PMOS transistor. The signal delivery unit is provided between the PMOS transistor and the reset switch. The signal delivery unit inverts an electrical signal from the reset switch and delivers the inverted signal to the PMOS transistor. The signal delivery unit is an inverter(400).
