A method of optimal control of the process of magnetic concentration of iron ores includes the successive crushing of initial ore material in the mill, its classification depending on coarseness in the classifier, separation of the classified ore material in the ore separator, formation of the flow in suspension of enriched material and standard liquid in the initial processing container, shaping of Love waves and magnetic field, measurement of the intensity of ultrasonic surface waves, calculation of the ratio of measured values, application on the wall of initial processing container of metallic film.
