A reciprocating vibrator has a body with two separated and different in area of cross section cylindrical chambers arranged as its sides, with circular recess between chambers, channels between circular recess and larger chamber, rod installed in the body, with two different in area of cross section pistons, closed axial channel provided in rod with possibility of its permanent connection to mainsfor compressed air supply, radial channels with possibility of connection of closed channel through those with smaller chamber and circular recess, long slots provided on rod with possibility of connection through those of chambers to each other and larger chamber to circular recess of the body, discharge channels provided in larger piston with possibility of periodic connection of larger chamber to atmosphere through those. Discharge channels are arranged on cylindrical surface of larger piston as slots opened at side of working surface of piston and closed at side of non-working surface of piston. Closed ends of those slots are arranged with inclination to the side of working surface of the piston, and outlet at side of end of the body to cylindrical chamber with larger cross section is arranged as hollow and cut cone, area of cross section of smaller base of this one is equal to area of cross section of the chamber.
