A method of obtaining culture yeast in production of alcohol and bakery yeast includes mixing raw sugar-containing material with water, acidulating, antiseptization, enriching with nutrient substances, addition of the sources of growth substances and yeast growing. The preparation di(N-oxide-2-methyl pyridine) copper (II) chloride is used as the source of growth substances.
