A line for producing bakery yeast comprises mixer of molasses with water, collectors of molasses, water, nitrogen and phosphorus feeding, growth substances, antiseptic, defoaming agent, inoculators of pure culture of yeast, yeast-growing apparatuses, separators and capacities for washing yeast of pure culture, naturally pure culture, marketable yeast, collectors of yeast milk, vacuum-filters, perception hopper of pressed yeast, collector for preparation of solution of sodium chloride salt, pressure collector of solution sodium chloride salt, diaphragm electroactivator with electrodes, which are connected according to mopolar circuit wit division of catholite and anolite by diaphragm. At that anode zone of diaphragm electroactivator is connected to collector of anolite, which is used for preparation of nutrient media for cultivation of bakery yeast.
