The proposed device for calibrating and testing gas flow rate meters contains a vessel with compressed gas, a unit for agitating gas in the vessel, a gas drier, a gas pressure controller, a gas flow rate controller, check valves, instruments, and a personal computer. The agitating unit provides axial eddy of gas in the vessel. The vessel is coupled with the tested gas flow rate meter via a pipeline with the gas drier, gas pressure controller, and gas flow rate controller.
