The invention relates to shipbuilding and can be used for retention of floating facilities at assigned point. An anchor gear comprises a housing which cavity is connected to a tank of compressed gas. The housing is made in the form of a sealed container, which has remotely controlled valves for its filling with water at immergence in the sea and blowers of sealed container at lift, for displacement of air or compressed gas from it. The tank of compressed gas is fastened directly to the sealed container with possibility of connection with its cavity by means of remotely controlled valve. The technical result is in possibility of effective use of the device independently of the type of soil and special features of relief of the bottom of water body.
