A guide tube of an integrated type nuclear fuel assembly is provided to increase a structural safety by processing the guide tube integrally without a welding. A guide tube of an integrated type nuclear fuel assembly includes a guide unit(11), an impact absorption unit(12), and a plurality of rough units. The guide unit of an upper part and the impact absorption unit of a lower part having the same inner and outer diameters are integrally formed to be a tube of a cylinder shape. A plurality of rough units which are recessed into the inside of the impact absorption unit are formed on an inner diameter. The rough units are composed of dimples which are bulgingly protruded in an inner diameter direction of the impact absorption unit. The dimples are arranged along an axis of the guide tube consecutively or non-consecutively.
