FIELD: oil producing industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention is designed for producing oil by oil-well pumps with drives arranged on surface of ground. Proposed long-stroke chain drive of oil-well pump contains frame mounted electric motor, reduction gear, mechanism converting rotation into reciprocation with endless chain passed over drive and driven sprockets. Chain engages through carriage with counterweight connected with flexible wire ropes passing over sheaves and provided with units of connection with cross-member of suspension. Counterweight is provided with recess for drive sprocket, chain and carriage. Sheaves are installed at angle to longitudinal axial symmetry plane of drive. Distance between branches of flexible wire ropes with units of connection with suspension cross-member is less than distance between branches of flexible wire ropes connected with counterweight. Reduction gear is arranged in recess of counterweight. Counterweight is H-shaped in cross section. ^ EFFECT: reduced metal usage owing to possibility of employment of weight of larger overall dimensions made of material with smaller specific weight, simplified mounted. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
