FIELD: mechanical engineering, in particular, cyclone dust separator for vacuum cleaner. ^ SUBSTANCE: cyclone dust separator has bypass channel for directing dust-laden air immediately to engine, and first dust filtering net. Cyclone dust separator is further provided with first cyclone positioned at one side of bypass channel and designed for separation of dust from dust-laden air and discharge of clean air to engine, and second cyclone positioned in parallel with first cyclone and designed for separation of dust from dust-laden air and discharge of clean air to engine. Dust separation is provided by successively actuating first net, first cyclone and second cyclone into operation so that dust-laden air drawn through suction opening flows into first cyclone, when first net is dust clogged, and into second cyclone, when first and second nets are dust clogged. Dust separator of such construction provides increased and continuously maintained suction force. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency in dust settling, enhanced reliability in operation and prolonged operating cycle and service life of filter. ^ 17 cl, 11 dwg |
