FIELD: medical equipment. ^ SUBSTANCE: device for diagnosing and functional treatment in ophthalmology can be used for revealing ametropia, for selecting glass lenses and for medicinal exercises. Device has laser and motionless diffuse-dissipating screen, both mounted onto optical axis. There are one or several reflectors between laser and diffuse-reflecting screen. Reflectors have curvilinear reflecting surface and they move relatively laser radiation beam in such a way that at any moment of time the laser radiation is directed onto reflecting surface of at least one reflector. ^ EFFECT: improved efficiency of diagnostics and treatment. ^ 3 dwg
