FIELD: oil-slime processing, particularly for final oil-slime treatment after water and chemical compositions removal therefrom. ^ SUBSTANCE: oil-slime separation device comprises resilient bush, rotary bush shaft secured in double-point bearing assembly having body secured to rotary shaft relatively key shaft connection with gear-wheel and/or pulley. Composite device body includes receiving body with oil-slime sucking pipe and filtering body connected to receiving one and provided with flanges. The flanges are connected with each other by means of pins with nuts and retaining washers. Filtering body passes into conical accumulation means, which accumulates compacted rubbish and has gate located inside accumulation body of double-point rotary auger. Rotary auger has varying helix pitch distance. Filtering body comprises at least one outlet pipe with gate. Filtering orifices are of conical shapes and have diametrical dimensions decreasing in periphery direction. Filtering orifices are separated into several sections to create cells of from 2.5 mm, 3-3.5 mm and 4-5 mm. Each section is adapted to select necessary solid rubbish particle dimensions and may be closed. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency of oil-slime separation, extended functional capabilities and decreased power inputs. ^ 1 dwg |
