FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with the technology for manufacturing snack canned food for cosmic nutrition. One should chop new white cabbage, freeze it and reduce; except this, trepang meat should be boiled and reduced; carrots and onions should be cut, fried in melted butter and reduced, pork should be cut and reduced, the greens should be cut. The processes of reduction should be fulfilled upon a roller. The mentioned components should be mixed up with bone broth, common salt, CO2-extracts of the preset type of mycromycete biomass and pyrolysis wood. The mixture obtained should be packed into aluminum tubes to be then sealed and sterilized.
