In accordance to the method, telecommunication connection (300) is set up from first receiver-transmitter to remotely controlled server; electronic form (302) is transferred from first receiver-transmitter to remotely controlled server to open the lock; the form includes a digital signature and authenticity certificate for the user of first receiver-transmitter; message (306) is transferred from remotely controlled server to the second receiver-transmitter to confirm receipt of electronic form, where the message includes authenticity certificate of user of first receiver-transmitter; command (314) to open the lock is transferred from second receiver-transmitter to the remotely controlled server and at least one lock (318) is opened. ^ EFFECT: increased safety of access to closed rooms. ^ 2 cl, 3 dwg |
