FIELD: plastic working of metals, namely tools for producing thin-web sections such bands of ledges. ^ SUBSTANCE: roll includes working grooved pass, shaping rolls, centering guiding beads of lower roll with distance between its inner end surfaces equal to width of section at inlet of rolls, cone members accompanying preliminary shaping of section till its inlet into working roll grooved pass. Cone surfaces for trapping section to be guided are formed on guiding beads in front of its inner end surfaces. On cone members accompanying preliminary shaping of section until it penetrates closed working grooved pass there are inner end surfaces with distance between them equal to width of section shaped in closed roll grooved pass. ^ EFFECT: improved accuracy of shaping section. ^ 2 cl, 1 dwg |
