FIELD: technological processes. ^ SUBSTANCE: method of cast manufacturing includes installing hollow model with an open hole in the lower end wall, onto sand bed. Before installing, in the cavity of the model an element is placed, which blocks accumulation of explosive form gases' components, appearing during casting process in the neighbouring form, in the hollow model. Blocking element is produced as blistered construction with a framework. Blistered constructions are filled with liquid or gaseous short stopping agents, which chemically interrupt explosive chain reaction. Before casting the blocking element is extracted along with the model. Before and during casting, the molding form is purged with argon. ^ EFFECT: form gases explosive components' concentration reduction and casting quality increase. ^ 6 cl, 6 dwg |
