FIELD: construction, particularly working measures on existing buildings. ^ SUBSTANCE: device comprises longitudinal tie rods secured to anchors. The anchors are installed at upper edge of panel end and pass through orifices made in panel flanges at longitudinal ribs. The anchors also pass over roller guiding means inserted in fixing bushes of support members secured by means of anchor bolts and enclose lower parts of the support members. Longitudinal tie rod may be tensioned with the use of thrust jack installed on additional support member with bush to be retained in span center or with the use of screw connection means arranged at one end of longitudinal rib top. ^ EFFECT: increased load-bearing capability in the case of load increase on covering panel or rib damage. ^ 3 cl, 5 dwg
