A golf putting sensor is provided to produce the speed and the direction of a ball simultaneously to be applied to various programs, and to reduce the number of electronic components by doing at least three light sensing works. At least three light sensing lines are constituted. At least two parallel sensing lines(S1,S2) are formed in a horizontal direction of the sensor. At least one or more slant line sensing lines(S3) are formed to form an acute angle with the parallel sensing lines. A mathematical analysis method is used to measure the speed and angle of a ball by using the speed value measured by two parallel sensing lines and the difference in the arriving time of a ball according to the advancing direction of the ball measured by the slant sensing line. Infrared ray or laser is used to constitute the sensing lines.
