A pair of devices are installed on the wheel inside tires. Each device has a vacuum chamber, a hyper-pressure chamber and an alternator, which are driven by the pressing force of the ground when tire rolls. An electronic controller gathers data from various sensors, processes them, controls all parts properly, and wirelessly communicates with the central unit in the vehicle room. Drivers can monitor all the tire conditions and set a predefined mode related to tire pressure through that one. The vacuum chamber's swift return can let the tire deflate instantaneously and the hyper-pressure chamber's rapid spout can let the tire inflate instantaneously. Accordingly, not only human intervention to change the tire pressure is not needed for the tire lifetime, but also the tire pressure instantaneously optimizes for the load and the speed of a vehicle or to best cope with an abrupt exterior situation.
