A Lactobacillus sp. SJP strain is provided to improve environment, replace antibiotics, prevent bad smell and fly generation from waste matters, promote growth and digestion of domestic animals, and increase health of domestic animals. A Lactobacillus sp. SJP6720L3(KCCM-10730P) strain is isolated from the soil and cultured in a medium containing a carbon source, a nitrogen source, vitamins and minerals which is prepared by steaming animals and plants at 121 deg.C at 30-45 deg.C for 24-62 hours under aerobic or anaerobic condition, wherein the medium further contains a stabilizer for maintaining efficacy of liquid microorganism for a long period of time, or glycerol for stably preserving activity of microorganism as a seed for a long period of time.
