A method for manufacturing a stacked type polymer condenser is provided to improve an efficiency of a winding process of an insulation tape by displaying a separation line of a positive region and a negative region of an aluminum thin film. A method for manufacturing a stacked type polymer condenser includes the steps of: cutting a porosity aluminum thin film having a dielectric layer by a press-punching work using a punching press mold with a predetermined shape(S110); forming a conductive polymer layer on the dielectric layer by an electrical chemical oxidation polymerization process(S120); and forming a unit electrode to be connected with the dielectric layer and the conductive polymer layer(S180). In the cutting step of the aluminum thin film, a transfer guide hole is formed on the aluminum thin film by the punching press mold. A border line of a positive region and a negative region is formed by the punching press mold.
