The envelope has a sheet made of fiber base material permeable to sterilization agents, where the sheet exhibits an average tear propagation resistance of 550 mN conforming to EN868-3 standards. Another sheet is made of medical plastic film having bacterial filtration efficiency (BFE) characteristics, where the sheets are resistant to perforation conforming to test of Spencer Impact. The sheets are connected to one another on a part of periphery forming the envelope, which is peeled by separation of sheets without material or film with a cohesion agent.
