An ocarina is provided to effectively teach the ocarina even to children or visually or auditorily handicapped people by displaying the height of an output sound accurately. An ocarina includes a mouthpiece(10) and a body(20). The mouthpiece includes a blowing hole. The body includes a plurality of interval holes(21), and a sound hole. The ocarina further includes a plurality of finger detection sensors(24), a plurality of light emitting bodies(25), and a control section. The finger detection sensor detects the fingers of a user at the periphery of the interval holes. The light emitting bodies are disposed around the interval holes. The control section is connected to the finger detection sensor and the light emitting bodies. A speaker is connected to the control section to make a sound corresponding to notes. An output detecting sensor for detecting the height of an output sound is connected to the control section. A display section for displaying the height of the sound detected by the output detecting sensor is connected to the control section. |
