The play-pen has a fence structure cooperating with an articulated carrier structure (2) for forming lateral walls and a floor of the play-pen. The carrier structure includes a base (21) from which branches (22) are extended and are articulated on the base. Each branch has two carrier members integrated with respect to each other and respectively form a supporting and stabilizing lath (221) which extends on ground from the base, and a post (222) which extends vertically from the lath in order to erect and support the fence structure. Cross arms (5) are mounted between free ends of the post.
