The enclosure (1) has bonded curved cuts (2, 3) adapted to a bottom of a washbasin and with a bottom having a hole (6) positioned in front of a flow orifice (7) of the washbasin. A slot (10) permits the passage of a valve (11). A bonded ring (8) is provided under an edge of the hole and elastically clipped in the orifice. Vent holes (12-15) are provided under the valve side for maintaining the enclosure on a right part of the washbasin. Vent holes (16, 17) maintain the enclosure from a side of a person for performing hair dyeing. The enclosure is made of biodegradable thermoplastic material.
