The automobile vehicle wall molded by plastic injection, comprises a panel (2) having an access window, and a removable trapdoor (6) for a concealment of the window. The panel and the trapdoor comprises complementary divisible positioning unit (18) and complementary repositioning units of the trapdoor on the panel. The removable trapdoor is placed between an unstable position of a docking and a stable position of the concealment after rupturing of the positioning unit in which the stable and unstable positions lies in a same plane of the window. A passage from one position to another position is carried out by a movement in the plane. The repositioning units comprise elastic straps stretched through and projected towards the trapdoor and the panel in which the straps are directed according to a radial direction to the trapdoor, and trapping and interlocking notches of the strap when the trapdoor is in unstable position of docking and the stable position of the concealment respectively. A contact between the straps and the interlocking notch blocks the trapdoor in stable position of the concealment. The straps comprise an external strap (22), which is in contact with an external surface of the trapdoor and the panel, and an internal strap (20), which is in contact with an internal surface of the trapdoor and the panel. The trapdoor and the panel comprises four internal and external straps, which are arranged at 90[deg], and interlocking notch arranged at 90[deg].
