An exercising pants type protection device is provided to be made of a material that is harmless to a human body regardless of friction and pressure when the protection device comes into contact with a body. A front portion of an exercising pants type protection device is formed with a textile sheet, an elastic textile sheet and a zipper. A rear portion of the exercising pants type protection device is formed with a net textile sheet. An elastic net sheet is used to form a band on an upper end of a rear of the waist portion of the protection device. Adhesive tapes are bonded to both sides of the band. On the elastic net textile sheets(4) on the rear and side surfaces of the protection device, pelvis bone side protection plates(9) having plural zigzag shaped cut lines(10,10') are bonded by sewing.
