<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for developing a photo-cation curing epoxy resin composition that can be developed without using a hazardous liquid which may catch fire or adversely affect a human body. <P>SOLUTION: The developing process includes starting a curing reaction by irradiating a part of a photosetting epoxy resin composition layer with light, the epoxy resin starting the reaction of epoxy groups by cations generated by irradiation with light, and then eliminating a uncured portion to leave a cured portion; wherein the hazardous nature such as catching fire and adverse influences on a human body is eliminated by using a liquid containing diethyleneglycol monoalkylether derivative and water as a developer solution. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
