PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure of a fence, which can secure complete screenability, which can also sufficiently secure ventilation properties, which has a unique appearance, and which is advantageous in terms of economic efficiency and a manufacturing process. SOLUTION: In the fence, fence members 20, in which a plurality of plate members 21 and 22 are brought into longitudinally continuous contact with one another, are juxtaposed in end frame parts 11 and 12. The fence members 20 are brought into noncontact with each other, and arranged in the state of overlapping each other in a positional relationship in which see-through is interrupted in all the face directions 10A of the fence by the plate members 21 and 22.
