PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exterior wall structure in which a finishing layer is constructed on an exterior wall having a gap made between a building skeleton and a siding, and which can sufficiently reduce the convex camber and concave camber of the siding. SOLUTION: A mounting fitting 10 is fixed to a column 2 and a stud 3 by means of a nail 32, and the siding 4 is locked to a hook piece 24 of the mounting fitting 10. A net 6 is fixed to the exterior wall 1 by means of a washer 9 and a screw 8. The washer 9 is formed in such a bowl shape that a screw inserting hole 9a is provided in the center. The screw 8 is screwed, and the screwing of the screw 8 is stopped in a state in which the washer 9 becomes flattened by being held in such a manner as to be sandwiched between the screw 8 and the siding 4.
