PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vibration-damping material comprising a leather-like sheet composed of a fibrous substrate, having soft texture and fitting feeling, and usable also as a material for gloves. SOLUTION: The leather-like sheet contains, at least in its fibrous substrate, a block copolymer having a number-average molecular weight of 30,000-300,000 and composed of (A) a block composed of at least one vinyl aromatic monomer and having a number-average molecular weight of 2,500-40,000 and (B) a block composed of isoprene, butadiene or isoprene-butadiene, containing≥30% 3,4-bond and 1,2-bond and having a number-average molecular weight of 10,000-200,000 or its hydrogenated product.
