PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable toilet having a toilet seat part with comfortable touch, allowing a user to attach a versatile bag to store the excrement, to quickly assemble the portable toilet, to fold leg members with a storage bag attached to the toilet and to be seated stably on the toilet for defecation. SOLUTION: In the portable toilet 1, a first leg member 20 is attached turnably to both sides of the toilet seat part 10, and a second leg member 30 is attached, at a position apart from the first leg member 20, turnably to both sides of the toilet seat part 10, to support the first leg member 20 at the apex part. The toilet seat part 10 includes a toilet seat upper part 11 with the upper face which can be elastically contracted. The opening peripheral ends of a deodorizing bag 100 and a plastic bag 200 are inserted into a through hole 17, so that the opening peripheral ends of the bags can be held between the toilet seat upper part 11 and a toilet seat lower part 12 in the peripheral part of the through hole 17.
