A method for an IP integration service and a system thereof are provided to reduce installation costs and management costs according to the implementation of each function by realizing an automatic voice response function and a recording function in the same device by using packet communication through an Ethernet. An IP(Internet Protocol) integration service server(300) performs packet communication for providing an automatic voice response service or a counsel service to customers connected through an Ethernet and records voice content according to the voice response service or the counsel service by a customer(500). A PBX(Private Branch eXchange)(100) is connected to each customer through a PSTN(Public Switched Telephone Network), and is connected to the IP integration service server through the Ethernet. The each customer accesses the IP integration service server and receives the voice response service or the counsel service. |
