An inner sheet bonding structure for a book cover is provided to prevent the finished appearance of a book from being damaged when opening the book, to facilitate opening of the book, and to improve the durability of the book. An inner sheet bonding structure comprises inner sheets(1) having multiple sheets of paper and an adhesive layer(1B) with a desired thickness formed on its coordination surface(1A), and a cover(2) adhered to the inner sheets. In the inner sheet bonding structure, a supplementary adhesive sheet is interposed between the inner sheets and the cover so that they are adhered to each other, wherein the supplementary adhesive sheet has cover adhesion layers interposed between the adhesive layer and the cover at a predetermined interval and an intermediate inner sheet adhesion layer(30), on both surfaces thereof. Additionally, the supplementary adhesive sheet has a non-adhesive portion between both cover adhesion layers so that the portion of the cover corresponding to the non-adhesive portion is separated from the portion corresponding to the supplementary adhesive sheet.
