A mold structure for a port core is provided to achieve improved quality of the port core by engaging a movable mold block and a stationary mold block with each other accurately even when thermally deformed. A mold structure for a port core includes movable and stationary mold blocks(3), brackets(5), a plurality of electric heaters, and a plurality of guide blocks(9). The mold block has a cavity(1) for molding two or less port cores. The bracket is equipped with the mold blocks spaced apart from each other, and fastened onto a molding machine. The electric heaters are fitted from the side opposite to the cavity of the mold block. The guide blocks are formed on the movable and the stationary mold blocks respectively such that the mold blocks are engaged with each other in an accurate way.
