A structure of a hybrid powertrain is provided to absorb and buffer the high initial torque by engaging a rotor clutch while an impeller clutch and an engine clutch is disengaged to deliver the torque to an impeller from which the rotational force is passed to a turbine of a torque converter and absorbed, thereby preventing impact from being generated in the powertrain during the initial departure or in a creep drive. A structure of a hybrid powertrain comprises an impeller clutch(7) installed to connect or cut off the power between a case(3) of a torque converter(1) and an impeller(5), an engine clutch(15) connecting or disconnecting a rotor(13) of a motor(11) to a turbine(9) of the torque converter, and a rotor clutch(17) connecting or disconnecting the impeller to the rotor of the motor. The rotor clutch is disposed in an inner space of the rotor of the motor.
